Calling all Prospect Place/Court and Sunrise Avenuers!

This is an attempt to connect with people from long, long, ago. Perhaps the connection will last one simple paragraph, never to be heard from again, or reignite to last a lifetime. Who knows. I just think it would be fun to catch up with people that share so many fond memories from childhood and beyond. Some of us already do still keep in touch. While some might be content to keep the past in the past. Either way. Lets see what happens.

Being a Contributor

Hey Dennis,

I think all you have to do in order to become a contributor is contribute by hitting "New Post" in the upper right corner of the main page (as opposed to replying to a previous post).

OK so I use a mac running Linux, and a PC running Mac-- and another PC running Linux. I love screwing with the guys at work and mostly those people at the coffee shop that are nosey. My wifes response use to be ---Just pick one. I can never tell whats in the box.
Now my son who loves X-files is running PC with Linux logging into X-files that resembles the "FBI" login and system. My wife thought he was hacking. He said nope Dad did it.

I don't understand a thing you said, Ed. But I do know there is a new X Files movie coming out. >B-D

Anyway, it looks like I'm about to get caught in a mac user blanket party so I apologize profusely for any disparaging remarks.

Besides, Steve Jobs is a living god.

FGH-- Basically a Mac is obvious to the eye. White or black and the stupid bitten apple glow. People are curious about what others are doing. When I boot up a machine that is clearly a mac and it has the look of something different I usual get "Hes a hacker" response. When I boot up an obvious "Windows Laptop" and it looks like aliens have taken it over then the I get the same response. Any machine can hold different OS's then what is purchased.
As far as the Mac blanket party. I don't favor one over the other. Its just a machine to help me get things done. The Mac VS Windows argument is up there with Chevy VS Ford and My Dad is bigger then your dad. So don't fret I have no argument with you.
As for the X-Files movie. My son has watched the trailer at least 3x /day. He is very excited.

One gets into a PC/Mac attack with Ed at his own peril.
