Calling all Prospect Place/Court and Sunrise Avenuers!

This is an attempt to connect with people from long, long, ago. Perhaps the connection will last one simple paragraph, never to be heard from again, or reignite to last a lifetime. Who knows. I just think it would be fun to catch up with people that share so many fond memories from childhood and beyond. Some of us already do still keep in touch. While some might be content to keep the past in the past. Either way. Lets see what happens.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that Sandy and I had a fabulous time in Colorado. First part of the trip we visited my cousins, who have an extremely large herd out there. We start with my 8 cousins(my parents had 9, my aunt had 8). They had 24. Then the 24 had 22. The 22 have 5(?). These numbers DO NOT include in-laws, only direct descendants. In comparison, my parents had us 9. We had 13. The 13 had 8. So I have big family envy. I know, it's not the size of the family, but the amount of money they make. Aside from cousins, we visited Red Rocks Amplitheatre, saw the Rockies loose to the Giants 10-7, and HIKED up the Rocky Mountains along Trail Ridge Road "in our van". Red Rocks is awesome(been there before). THEE best place to see a concert.

But the Mountains are absolutely Fantastic. It is wasn't 25 degrees, and so freakin windy on June 13, i would have stayed up there all day. Pictures don't do it justice. But here are some highlights: RED ROCKS

ROCKY MOUNTAINS

Awesome photos- Did you see any fish? Did you see anyone fishing? Did you eat any fish? I like fish stories.

Love the pics. You should have grabbed a flag and paraded around like Bono on stage at Red Rocks.

I love hiking, but i'll probably settle for those teensy Carolina mountains again.

Yes, the very same cousins of the hippie school bus days. Except there is many more now, and they are older with less hair.I was there in '02.

Lori,

There is a picture out there(hopefully) of, i think, me, dennis, steven, and some other vagrant flexing for the camera. We are lined up in a row, in my brothers room. I think you took the picture....not sure.

Does this ring a bell with anyone else?
