Pretty much a landslide victory, with 55% of the votes.
I suppose it didn't help that they moved into the corner house, pretty much hangout central for us teenagers.

Calling all Prospect Place/Court and Sunrise Avenuers!
This is an attempt to connect with people from long, long, ago. Perhaps the connection will last one simple paragraph, never to be heard from again, or reignite to last a lifetime. Who knows. I just think it would be fun to catch up with people that share so many fond memories from childhood and beyond. Some of us already do still keep in touch. While some might be content to keep the past in the past. Either way. Lets see what happens.

I still have a little guilt on the "bottles in the door way" and the "Pool of salad"-- What goes around comes around. I think mine came back twice.
I remember the "pool of salad". That was a good one. Sort of a two for one shot. Don't recall the bottle thing though.
I seem to recall us doing the old "bag o' shit" trick once.

You guys seem to forget that Donald Bermas went overseas to the Middle East to build cities as part of our Governments reconstruction program. When he came back he had cancer and ultimately died. His wife, Susan, was alone for almost 2 years. I think they had a right to be a little bitter. I only know this as i delivered newspapers to their house.
The Hoffman's across the street were totally into the whole party scene of the time.
I demand a recount.
