Katherine (aka Katie) is off to London. She'll get there at 2am EST or 7am GMT. Sounds like a recipe for instant jetlag. She's marching in the London New Year's Day Parade with the Lake Mary High School Marching Rams representin' the good ol' USA.

I remember our trip to DC with Kevin Pfeiffer as being a great "on my own" moment. I believe these moments are very important in shaping young minds and building maturity. That said, I don't want her smoking pot and going to a planetarium show.
