Calling all Prospect Place/Court and Sunrise Avenuers!

This is an attempt to connect with people from long, long, ago. Perhaps the connection will last one simple paragraph, never to be heard from again, or reignite to last a lifetime. Who knows. I just think it would be fun to catch up with people that share so many fond memories from childhood and beyond. Some of us already do still keep in touch. While some might be content to keep the past in the past. Either way. Lets see what happens.

Hey Guys, I'm still here!

Here it is Thursday, May 22, 2008. I'm at work, on lunch. I check the blog almost every day, but I can't type very fast and I don't have a scanner. I'll have to ask my baby bro, Stephen to scan pictures for me. Its amazing to see and hear from old friends. Let me bring you up to speed about whats happening in my life. I can't believe that I am 46 years old. Melissa and I have been married for 13 years. We don't have any kids, which is funny because I always thought I would have at least 4. I am amazed that Ed is going to be a grandfather. Now I am old. On may 3rd, after living in Wantagh for 13 years, me and Melissa moved a whole 2 1/2 miles to Levittown with the help of the O'Sullivan Family Movers. I work in Lynnbrook as a Mechanical Drafter for a plumbing company. I've also put on alot of weight.
I was wondering if anybody remembers Buddy Hoffman and the time he ran into the car door as I got out to stop him from throwing dirt into the car we were in. Mr Hoffman came out to yell at us, thinking it was my fault Buddy got hurt. Ah, Memories.
On a sad note, I heard that Ed Loss's mom passed away a couple of months ago. I think she was in her eighties. She was a nice lady. I haven't seen Ed in around 10 years.
Well I gotta go now, but I'll write again soon.

Gained a lot of weight? My image of you is thin as a rail, trying to get you to eat a sandwich or something. Buddy Hoffman? I remember cucumbers in the pool and crabs down the sewer. But most of all Jerry I remember your sincere and unique laugh. I remeber baby brother Steve and me and Ed Loss pretending we were Frank Sinatra- Oh Franky! on the picnic table. My sherona.
